Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your item has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that you might be a subject of importing tax fees which are requested – sometimes – by the customs’ authorities, these fees are asked by the country’s government where you asked us to send your product.
These customs fees aren’t a part of your product’s price or shipping fees, and we will not receive any of them. If you decide NOT to pay these fees, the shipment will return to Istanbul/Turkey, and you may collect it from our office, or you may repay the shipping fees again + the customs fees when it arrives at your country again to receive it. We cannot refund you because you don’t want to pay the customs fees.
